FEE SCHEDULE
Effective May 01, 2008

MONTHLY BOARDERS :
Full Board (16 – 31 Days per Month) $1,000.00 (plus GST)
Partial Board (1 – 15 Days) $500.00 (plus GST)
Dry Stall (empty yet held for return)
* Dry stall fee is for 3 or more consecutive weeks in one calendar month
 $800.00 (plus GST)
Note: Daily pro-ration for monthly boarders only available for move-in and move-out

TEMPORARY MONTHLY BOARDERS :  (PAYMENT DUE UPON RECEIPT OF INVOICE)

$60.00 (plus GST)
 
PROCEDURE :
  • Board is Payable to Blue Valley Farms.
  • Board Payments are due on the 1st of each month; fees will be paid using Pre- Authorized Debit from the clients account. 
  • Invoices will be e-mailed to each client on the 25th of each month.
  • Late fees of $50.00 will be charged to those accounts whose payments are received after the 5th of each month.
  • Above charges are all subject to GST of 5%.
  • All Blue Valley Farms waivers must be filled in and signed in full prior to move in or use of the facility.
